Ethylene glycol based antifreeze coolants and heat transfer fluids formulated with Hybrid Organic Acid Technology (HOAT) for multi-metal corrosion protection.
Direct factory supply in barrels, drums, buckets, and cans
Ethylene Glycol Based / ASTM D3306Wintex Antifreeze Coolant is a long-life engine coolant and antifreeze formulated with Organic Acid Technology (OAT) inhibitors for superior corrosion protection of aluminum, copper, solder, and cast iron components. Provides freeze protection down to -37°C and boil-over protection up to +129°C (at 50% concentration).
Key recommendations from our lubrication engineering team
Concentrate should be mixed with demineralized/distilled water (1:1 ratio). Premixed coolant is ready-to-pour with laboratory-grade pure deionized water.
Fortified with nitrite and molybdate to protect wet cylinder liners from high-frequency vibration and cavitation pitting in continuous generator sets.
Answers to common questions about antifreeze coolants selection, storage, and compatibility.
We strongly recommend using demineralized (DM) or distilled water. Tap water contains calcium, magnesium, and chloride ions that form insulating scale deposits inside radiator tubes.
For passenger cars, flush every 2 to 3 years or 50,000 km. For industrial diesel generators and commercial trucks, follow OEM intervals or inspect annually with a glycol refractometer.
